CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on approach that releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance. Using a soft touch of the skull, neck and sacrum which is generally no greater than 5 grams - about the weight of a nickel - practitioners release restrictions in the soft tissues that surround the central nervous system. CST is increasingly used as a preventive health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease, and it's effective for a wide range of medical problems associated with pain and dysfunction. Reiki is a form of energy work to help unblock our energy (chi, aura, biofield).  How many of us say "I HOLD my stress in my neck and shoulders"?  When we are faced with emotional issues or trauma, we as humans have a tendency to "store away" such things instead of acknowledging it head on.  Over time such issues build into physical manifestations in our body.  Reiki is a form of meditation that allows the mind to relax and allow your energy to flow freely.

Both massage and Reiki sessions are received in an environment that is infused with crystal healing, essential oils diffused, Biomat, and himalayan salt ions.  Crystals are made up of minerals that vibrate at different frequencies.  Humans also vibrate at different frequenices (keep in mind your nervous system is an electrical output) external factors can mess with our personal frequency and cause us to be out of balance.  Crystals are a lot like a 'tuning fork' to the human body.  Himalayan salt emits negative ions.  These ions are oxygen molecules with a negative charge which allows the body to take in 20% more oxygen thus improving our breathing and our overall mood.  Note: This is not a massage technique
